The Pontifical Oriental Institute of Religious Studies (Paurastya Vidyāpītam) St. Thomas apostolic seminary publishes the quarterly Bible Bhashyam with the assistance of a dedicated group of Bible experts and well-wishers from both India and abroad. With the intention of spreading the Word of God, this magazine has two editions: Malayalam (launched in 1972) and English (started in 1975). Both editions are widely read, domestically and internationally. This quarterly receives frequent contributions from academicians from various walks of life in the form of learned essays. As part of their education, the students are also given the opportunity to write research- papers in Bible Bhashyam. In addition, Bible Bhashyam maintains exchange agreements with a number of regional, national, and worldwide magazines.
